At Estate Property Group, our mission is to deliver trusted, end-to-end property and assets solutions with independence, discretion, and technical excellence.
We take a comprehensive, lifestyle approach to property and asset management-supporting clients from pre-loss planning and advisory through to recovery, management, and long-term oversight. This includes specialist capability in liability and loss adjustment, with a focus on complex, sensitive, and high-value claims. Our services are designed to meet the evolving needs of insurers, corporates, estates, property owners, and stakeholders, ensuring continuity, clarity, and value at every stage.
We are committed to the highest standards of professionalism, governance, and confidentiality. Every engagement is handled with precision, integrity, and care, with a focus not only on resolving immediate challengers but on safeguarding and enhancing asset value over time.

Engagement typically involve far more than a single task or event, reflecting the complexity and sensitivity of the assets and matters entrusted to us. Our work spans multiple phases, including specialised liability and loss adjustment practice, crisis response, detailed investigations, coordination of estate clean-up services, recovery activities, and ongoing asset oversight. Each engagement requires careful planning, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and technical reporting. By taking an end-to-end approach, we ensure that every aspect-from immediate response through to long-term management and advisory-is handled with continuity, discretion, and consistent professional standards.

We understand the estates and assets are often located at a distance from key decision-makers, adding complexity to oversight and timely response. Our approach is designed to bridge this gap, providing on-the-ground representation, rapid crisis response, and coordinated management of all activities-including investigation, estate clean-up services, recovery, and ongoing asset oversight-ensuring matters are handled efficiently, seamlessly, and with complete accountability regardless of location.

We recognise that many assets and estates carry strong personal and emotional significance for those involved. Our approach balances professionalism with sensitivity, managing matters such as investigations, estate clean-up, and recovery with discretion and care. By acting independently and objectively, we help alleviate the emotional burden on clients while ensuring all decisions and actions are handled respectfully, efficiently, and in accordance with the highest standards.

We are recognised for our independence and technical expertise, built on a foundation of managing complex and sensitive matters. Our reputation is grounded in consistent delivery, rigorous investigations and reporting standards, and careful management of high-value and often challenging engagements. We place the highest importance on client confidentiality, supported by robust security practices, controlled information and asset handling, and secure reporting systems to protect sensitive information at every stage. Clients rely on us as a trusted partner to act with integrity, professionalism,
and accountability.
